<div><div><div property="content:encoded"><p><img align="left" width="50" vspace="2" hspace="2" height="50" alt="samsung wave" src="http://www.agemobile.com/wp-content/uploads/files/gal/schede_tecniche/samsung/Samsung_Wave_100.jpg">Bada, il nuovo sistema operativo lanciato all'inizio di quest'anno da Samsung, racchiude tante potenzialità: nel binomio con il Samsung Wave GT-S8500 "<em>prendono forma</em>", concretizzandosi in uno smartphone davvero performante.</p> <!--break--> <p>Proprio così: <strong>tante potenzialità</strong> che si tramutano in concretezza e solidità. Queste le prime impressioni che suscita il Samsung Wave GT-S8500 nell'utente. Ma non solo. Se ci venisse chiesto di utilizzare un aggettivo per descrivere questo smartphone, senza dubbio <strong>sceglieremmo "semplice"</strong>.</p> <p>Il Samsung Wave GT-S8500, infatti, è un device facile da utilizzare, dotato di <strong>un'interfaccia veloce ed adatta anche agli utenti meno esperti</strong>: davvero raro restare bloccati e senza sapere come procedere.</p> <p>Fino a qui le prime impressioni sull'aspetto software. Ma dal punto di vista hardware non cambia il tenore dei nostri giudizi: il Samsung Wave GT-S8500, infatti, è stato costruito utilizzando<strong> materiali di ottima qualità</strong>, capaci di restituire una sensazione di solidità. Samsung ha fatto un grande lavoro, mettendo tra le mani degli utenti un terminale che per quanto riguarda questo aspetto non teme il confronto con nessuno, compresi gli smartphone che rientrano in fasce di prezzo ben superiori alla sua.</p> <p>I pochi tasti fisici sono precisi e reattivi, così come il suo touchscreen, del resto. </p> <p>Per quanto riguarda l'<strong>ergonomia</strong>, il Samsung Wave GT-S8500 può contare su dimensioni contenute che lo rendono un device utilizzabile tranquillamente anche con una sola mano. Ovviamente, qualora si desideri sfruttare la comoda tastiera QWERTY in modalità landscape, la seconda mano diviene una necessità.</p> <p><a rel="lightbox[Samsung Wave GT-S8500]" href="http://www.agemobile.com/wp-content/uploads/files/gal/recensioni/hardware/smartphone/samsung/wave-gt-s8500/samsung-wave-gt-s8500-foto-grande-13.JPG"><img width="320" vspace="2" hspace="2" height="240" alt="Samsung Wave GT-S8500" title="Samsung Wave GT-S8500" src="http://www.agemobile.com/wp-content/uploads/files/gal/recensioni/hardware/smartphone/samsung/wave-gt-s8500/samsung-wave-gt-s8500-foto-piccola-13.JPG"></a><br><em>Grazie alle dimensioni ridotte, il Samsung Wave GT-S8500 può essere utilizzato comodamente anche con una sola mano.</em></p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Display</strong></p> <p>Il display è un altro dei veri punti di forza del Samsung Wave GT-S8500: ampio 3,3 pollici, può contare su tecnologia Super AMOLED, risoluzione 800x480 pixel e supporto fino a 16,7 milioni di colori. Il risultato è ai massimi livelli.</p> <p>Soprattutto <strong>in interni</strong>, infatti, il display del Samsung Wave GT-S8500 è un vero e proprio spettacolo da ammirare. E non nascondiamo che alla sua prima accensione ci ha fatto trattenere il fiato per un paio di secondi.</p> <p><a rel="lightbox[Samsung Wave GT-S8500]" href="http://www.agemobile.com/wp-content/uploads/files/gal/recensioni/hardware/smartphone/samsung/wave-gt-s8500/samsung-wave-gt-s8500-screenshot-gra-1.jpg"><img width="192" height="320" alt="Samsung Wave GT-S8500 screenshot" title="Samsung Wave GT-S8500 screenshot" src="http://www.agemobile.com/wp-content/uploads/files/gal/recensioni/hardware/smartphone/samsung/wave-gt-s8500/samsung-wave-gt-s8500-screenshot-pic-1.jpg"></a><br><em>La tecnologia Super AMOLED rende il display del Samsung Wave GT-S8500 un "gioiellino".</em></p> <p>I risultati <strong>in esterni</strong>, al contrario, non sono agli stessi livelli: pur restando perfettamente visibile, infatti, quando la luce del sole si fa più forte potrebbe essere necessaria qualche piccola "acrobazia". Ma niente di preoccupante: si tratta, del resto, di una costante per i display basati sulla tecnologia Super AMOLED.</p> <p>Il Samsung Wave GT-S8500 può contare su <strong>touchscreen di tipo capacitivo</strong>: anche da questo punto di vista lo smartphone ha dimostrato di essere al top. Preciso, reattivo, sensibile, il touchscreen non perde un colpo. Gli errori di digitazione sono una vera rarità e la navigazione tra i menu si rivela un'esperienza davvero piacevole per l'utente.</p> <p>Così come si rivela altrettanto piacevole la navigazione Web: il touchscreen del Samsung Wave GT-S8500 supporta, infatti, il <strong>multitouch</strong>: ciò implica, tanto per fare un esempio, feature come il "<em>pich-to-zoom</em>", ormai sempre più frequente tra gli smartphone top di gamma.</p> <p>Ma della precisione del touchscreen del Samsung Wave GT-S8500 si avvantaggia anche l'aspetto <em>gaming</em>: abbiamo provato alcuni titoli presenti su Samsung Apps ed i risultati sono stati molto positivi. Considerare il Samsung Wave GT-S8500 come <strong>una valida piattaforma gaming</strong> non è azzardato. Ma ne parleremo meglio in seguito.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Reattività</strong></p> <p>Processore da 1 GHz, 512 MB di RAM ed Acceleratore grafico 3D PowerVR SGX540 rendono il Samsung Wave GT-S8500 <strong>uno smartphone estremamente performante</strong>: veloce, fluido, assolutamente esente da crash o impuntamenti, il terminale non crea alcun tipo di problema all'utente anche in condizioni di utilizzo più estreme (con diverse applicazioni aperte in <em>background</em>, per esempio).</p> <p>La navigazione tra le applicazioni nel menu, il caricamento dei vari programmi, l'interazione con lo smartphone, sono tutte operazioni che vengono eseguite dal Samsung Wave GT-S8500 in maniera estremamente fluida, senza esitazioni di alcun tipo.</p> <p>Stessi giudizi positivi vanno ripetuti per i vari sensori di cui è dotato il Samsung Wave GT-S8500. L'<strong>accelerometro</strong> è veloce e preciso ed il suo funzionamento non crea problemi di rallentamento al sistema operativo dello smartphone. Durante la chiamata l'utente può fare affidamento anche su un <strong>sensore di prossimità</strong>, preciso e reattivo. Infine il Samsung Wave GT-S8500 può contare su un sensore di luminosità, rivelatosi altrettanto preciso e sensibile.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Interfaccia utente</strong></p> <p>Quando ha deciso di lanciare il nuovo sistema operativo Bada ed il Samsung Wave GT-S8500, il primo smartphone basato su di esso, il produttore asiatico si è trovato di fronte la difficile scelta del tipo di interfaccia utente da adottare.</p> <p>Alla fine Samsung ha deciso di puntare sull'<strong>interfaccia TouchWiz 3.0</strong>, utilizzata anche su altri smartphone del produttore asiatico: ci sentiamo di ritenere che sia stata fatta la scelta giusta. TouchWiz, infatti, si integra perfettamente con Bada ed il risultato finale di tale connubio può essere riassunto in una sola parola "<strong>semplicità</strong>".</p> <p>Il Samsung Wave GT-S8500 è uno smartphone davvero intuitivo, molto personalizzabile ed adatto anche ad utenti con poca esperienza: ogni feature è semplice da raggiungere ed ogni funzione è proprio lì dove ci si immagina che possa essere. Unica pecca riscontrata è quella relativa alla quantità di <strong>widget disponibili: </strong><strong>ci saremmo aspettati una maggiore possibilità di scelta</strong>. Per leggere in anteprima il messaggio o scoprire di chi era la chiamata persa, bisogna spostare il puzzle, inserendolo nell'apposito spazio predisposto.  </em></p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Strumenti di input</strong></p> <p>Come già anticipato poco sopra, il Samsung Wave GT-S8500 può contare su un <strong>touchscreen di tipo capacitivo di grande qualità</strong>, estremamente preciso e reattivo. HSDPA, WiFi, Bluetooth e USB sono solo alcune delle opzioni offerte all'utente. Infatti c'è di più: il Samsung Wave GT-S8500 può contare anche su DLNA e possibilità di funzionare da <em>hotspot</em> WiFi.</p> <p>Partiamo dall'<strong>HSDPA</strong>: il Samsung Wave GT-S8500 riesce a garantire da questo punto di vista all'utente una navigazione Web veloce, con pagine caricate rapidamente e scrolling fluido. Siamo ai livelli di smartphone Android di fascia alta o di iPhone, tanto per rendere l'idea.</p> <p>I giudizi sull'antenna <strong>WiFi</strong> sono altrettanto positivi: una volta agganciato il segnale, il Samsung Wave GT-S8500 consente di navigare tranquillamente, senza perdite di segnale o esitazioni. Che altro aggiungere?!</p> <p>Anche il <strong>Bluetooth</strong> è da promuovere a pieni voti: abbiamo trasferito immagini e canzoni con altri smartphone senza incontrare problemi di sorta ed il tutto con rapidità.</p> <p>Il Samsung Wave GT-S8500 può anche essere collegato ad un computer attraverso la presa <strong>MicroUSB</strong> di cui è dotato: una volta installati i driver, lo smartphone viene immediatamente riconosciuto e la trasmissione dei dati avviene con grande velocità. Durante la connessione, inoltre, la batteria del Samsung Wave GT-S8500 si ricarica.</p> <p>Come dicevamo poco sopra, il Samsung Wave GT-S8500 consente all'utente anche di condividere la connessione dati del telefono con altri dispositivi WiFi, funzionando da vero e proprio <strong>hotspot portatile</strong>. La risposta è stata oltre ogni più rosea aspettativa.</p> <p>Il Samsung Wave GT-S8500 può contare su una ricezione sopra la media: difficilmente, infatti, lo smartphone è rimasto "<em>a secco</em>" di tacche. Ottimo il funzionamento dello scrolling.</em></p> <p><strong>L'audio è alto, altissimo, sia dall'altoparlante integrato che in vivavoce</strong>: difficile trovare un telefono che sappia fare meglio.</p> <p>Anche per quanto riguarda l'aspetto della <strong>messaggistica</strong> il Samsung Wave GT-S8500 si è rivelato un vero campione: l'utente ha grandi opzioni di personalizzazione a propria disposizione, tra cui, <em>in primis</em>, la <strong>visualizzazione classica</strong> degli SMS (uno per uno) o quella <strong>a conversazione</strong>. Il display Super AMOLED, il processore e la grande quantità di RAM disponibile completano il quadro.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Software preinstallato</strong></p> <p>Un'altra delle domande sul Samsung Wave GT-S8500 che ci ponevamo prima che lo smartphone arrivasse in redazione era quella relativa al pacchetto software garantito all'utente. Samsung Apps, lo store di applicazioni del produttore asiatico, può già contare più di mille applicazioni per il primo device Bada.</p> <p>Una cifra che fa sorridere, se paragonata alle 100.000 applicazioni dell'Android Market o alle 250.000 dell'App Store. Bada, tuttavia, ha solo pochi mesi di vita e può contare su un solo smartphone sul mercato (al quale si aggiungeranno presto altri 3 o 4 device).
